1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the no4jl Casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at https://no4jl.app and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). no4jl Casino is operated by its licensee entity (the "Company") under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you — the user ("Player") — acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any translated version and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to open an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the no4jl Casino Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you expressly confirm that you are 21 years old or older.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The no4jl Casino Platform is operated under a PAGCOR licence and is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own legal risk. The Company does not accept registrations from, and expressly excludes service to, players in any jurisdiction that has enacted laws prohibiting such activity.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an account on no4jl Casino, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also complete Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") identity verification before making your first withdrawal. The Company may request additional documentation at any time as part of its Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") and counter-fraud compliance obligations.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the no4jl Casino Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. The Company will suspend all associated accounts upon detection of duplicate accounts, and any balances held within those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify no4jl Casino support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, violation of PAGCOR licensing conditions, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed in the Company's fee schedule. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

no4jl Casino supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-registered payment channels including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment channels at any time.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment source registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. The Company requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel; typical GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

The Company reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of AML checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraud. Players will be notified of any such hold. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentive offers provided by no4jl Casino are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limit for completion will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements not completed within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.

5.4 Eligibility

Bonus eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to decline bonus participation from any player who it reasonably believes is not engaging with the Platform in good faith.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the no4jl Casino Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the Company, its employees, or any player. Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are verified by accredited independent testing laboratories.

6.2 Malfunction and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect display of results, odds, or balances, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No obligation arises from a game malfunction to pay out a displayed result that was generated in error. The Company's determination in the event of a disputed outcome is final, subject only to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

6.3 Cancelled Games

In circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control — including but not limited to network outages, server failures, or regulatory directives — live games or sporting events may be cancelled. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the relevant player accounts within a reasonable period.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the no4jl Casino Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing hands, card information, or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the Platform to facilitate or conceal illegal financial activity.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another individual, including minors.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after completing wagering activity.

The Company cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in the investigation of any prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

no4jl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral part of its operations and PAGCOR licensing obligations. The Company recognises that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and has implemented tools to support players in maintaining control of their gaming activity.

8.1 Player Control Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available in every no4jl Casino account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set and may only be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

8.2 Age Verification Commitment

9 Data & Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the no4jl Casino Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

no4jl Casino complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and all regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Player data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities only where legally required.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, no4jl Casino and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions or errors corrected under Section 6.2.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government actions, or network infrastructure failures.
• Any decisions made based on game statistics, past results, or predictive information displayed on the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Disputes & Governing Law

11.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of no4jl Casino, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat with full details of your complaint. The Company will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the Company's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. The Company is bound by PAGCOR's determinations in matters within its jurisdiction.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through the PAGCOR process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

no4jl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
